    I just wanted to thank you for a Wonderful Recipe 🙂 I did follow all BUT..
    I swapped out the Beef and used Chicken breasts I cooked and shredded as well as added Chicken broth . It turned out so Great!

    Just made this and it is delicious!! It's getting cool outside and this dish is a perfect for this temperature! I thought it looked a little too liquid for my taste in the video so I did 6 cups of stock instead of 7 and it came out perfect!

    Made it last night………it makes a huge amount, it was delicious and will be even better today. We'll be eating this for a few days for lunches it looks like. The flavors are amazing, and it absolutely tastes like "Stuffed peppers". YUMM
