    Made this for Christmas dinner (substituted dried apples in place of apricots).  It was PHENOMINAL!!  Even the meat eaters tasted and loved it. They only got a taste though since they told me they would not be touching my tofu!  lol.  Delicious as left overs as well.

    Just made this recipe Anja! I didn't have maple syrup, fig paste or dried apricots in my pantry so I substituted with organic coconut nectar, orange marmalade and dried mango pieces. I added sauteed onions and dried sage to the stuffing ingrediants and oh my gosh! So delicious and pretty to plate too! Thanks so much! xo!
